What is your refund policy?

Ticketing / Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. By purchasing a ticket, table, cabana, sponsorship, or vendor space for the 1911 Kappa/Omega Juneteenth Celebration Weekend, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Inclement weather Rain Rain delays Event interruptions Delayed start times Performer, artist, or program changes Venue changes Scheduling adjustments Personal emergencies Travel-related issues Acts of God or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control The event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise determined by event organizers or public safety officials. In the event of severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns, organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, reschedule, relocate, or adjust event programming without obligation to issue refunds or compensation of any kind. Failure to attend the event does not constitute grounds for a refund. By completing a purchase and/or attending the event, all attendees, sponsors, vendors, and guests agree to these terms and waive any claim against the event organizers, producers, affiliated organizations, venues, partners, and representatives relating to refunds or event modifications. Please plan accordingly before completing your purchase.

If I miss an event, can I get a refund?

We appreciate your patronage and support of our efforts to uplift our community. Proceeds from sales benefit local mentoring and scholarship programs. All sales are final. No rainchecks and no refunds will be provided.

I purchased a VIP tickets, how do I gain access?

VIP guests will check in at the designated VIP entrance upon arrival. Please have your confirmation ready. Our team will escort you to your reserved space and provide any additional details for your experience.

Coolers, cooler bags and picnic baskets are STRICTLY prohibited. No outside food or beverages are permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.

Are personal chairs allowed for Saturday's Beach Party?

Yes, personal beach/lawn chairs are permitted in designated areas. Please be mindful of space and other guests when setting up.

Who do I contact for vendor info?

Vendor space can be secured using our online ticket purchasing option. When ordering, select the ticket option for VENDOR (Food Truck) or VENDOR (Merchandise) for the corresponding event. VENDOR FEES are as follows: FRIDAY NIGHT: $300 — Food Truck vendors (Friday Night Comedy Show only) (includes 1 truck space per vendor) $150 — Merchandise vendors (vendor is responsible for their own tent, table & chairs) Friday Night vendors must be present and onsite by 4:00 pm. SATURDAY: $350 — Food vendors (Saturday Beach Party only) (includes 1 space per vendor) $200 — Merchandise vendors (A tent will be provided. Vendor is responsible for their own table & chairs.) Saturday: All vendors must be present and onsite by 9:00 am. Absolutely NO COOKING is allowed on the beach. Food vendors should prepare accourdingly. Note: Electricity, water, tents, tables or chairs are NOT provided and are the sole responsibility of each vendor. What happens if it rains?

The 1911 Kappa/Omega Juneteenth Celebration Weekend features rain-or-shine events. In the case of severe weather, updates will be communicated through official event channels. All sales are final.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

If the events have not sold out, a limited number of tickets may be available at the door at a higher price point. Advance purchase is strongly encouraged.
